1. No guarantee of lead quality or result
SalesControl makes reasonable efforts to supply Leads of reasonable quality, but does not guarantee that a supplied Lead will actually result in a sale, an appointment or any other result desired by the Partner. The Lead’s ultimate decision whether or not to purchase lies entirely outside the control of SalesControl.
2. Availability of the Platform
SalesControl aims for the highest possible availability of the Platform, but does not guarantee that the Platform is available at all times, uninterrupted and error-free. Maintenance, disruptions at third parties (including hosting providers) and force majeure situations may result in temporary unavailability.
3. Accuracy of information
Although SalesControl exercises care in compiling and updating the information on the Platform, it cannot warrant its complete accuracy, completeness or timeliness. No rights can be derived from the content of the Platform.
4. Liability
Any liability of SalesControl is limited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of SalesControl and, where applicable, the Partner Agreement.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content belong to SalesControl or its licensors, as further explained in the Terms and Conditions of SalesControl.
